The pool was beautiful. Movie theater and Food court was at the base of my tower. The café was so delicious and affordable.

The pool area is wonderful, with options for both youth and adults, but the heater in the adult jacuzzi stopped working on the first night of a four night stay. Food options at the resort were plentiful, with three fast food options, the steakhouse, casino cafe, and coffee bar. The room was decent, but the hard water has messed up the faucets in the bathroom. The rooms did not smell of smoke, but overall, the property needs an investment in air filtration, as outside of the room, all other indoor areas have a substantial smoke problem.

Pro Customer service is awesome from valet to check in to pool. Mr opinion is if a hotel is clean and Customer service is great the experience is amazing. Con: Once the seasonal time frame goes in to effect you cannot take anything to the pool like ice chest, snacks, etc. That's the only downfall for me. I've been going to the avi for many years and love it

The hotel has a lot of amenities—a movie theater, arcade, pool, beach, small gym, and a few different fast food options on property. There is one cafe and one grill-style restaurant. However, the rooms are in poor condition, and the hotel's water—bath, sink, and toilet—is yellow.
