" The resort / hotel was well kept and the staff was great & the boat to the private island was convenient (go early to secure a shaded hut / chairs). If I had to leave a few critiques or suggestions on improvements, I would say the pool area where we stayed was a bit small and the check in process / customer service was a bit slow. Also, if you wished to use the gym you had to go to their other resort across the road. Shops are very close and some very good restaurants were within walking distance (felt very safe). "

"We had an ocean view room that was fantastic with a large balcony, and the room was extremely clean. The room was large with plenty of storage and had all the basics that one would need."

"We loved the views and the room. I especially liked the bathroom/closet set up- made it very convenient to have the closet in the bathroom. Only negative was we were located at the end of the hotel next to a public park, I believe. There was often activity and loud thumping music at night. "

"Room was delayed for daily cleaning, consistently had to asked for clean towels ( room cleaned but not enough bath towels left for number of guests. Bathroom does not have a door so it soak the floor when you shower. Entertainment ( actual person singing / music noise level right above the rooms Room was attached to an adjoining room and you can hear all your neighbours conversations clearly. Dont expect to sleep in as the doors / walls are not soundproof. "
