"Our stay at the Claremont Hotel in Berkeley was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. Check-in with Jonas at the front desk was seamless—he was patient, informative, and set the tone for an exceptional visit. The room was opulent and comfortable, and the gym exceeded expectations with its luxurious amenities. Breakfast was delicious, especially the omelet, and Muang went above and beyond with kindness and care for the kids. The 5 p.m. saber ceremony was a memorable highlight, and the view from any deck was simply outstanding—facilities were spotless and well maintained, making our stay truly enjoyable.I celebrated my 40th here and they had champagne and bites in the room "

"Been to SF more than 10 times - usually stay around union square for Moscone - but honestly this is now my fav hotel, amazing design, very unique architecture. Rooms well maintained, clean and appointed and super friendly and helpful staff, nothing was a problem and everything I asked for sorted quickly and hassle free. This isnt always the case in SF. Bonus this part of town is without all the hassles and troubles you find further up in Union square and surrounds - the walk to Moscone wasnt bad and the hotel made it worth it. Definitely will be back here if I can. "

"I enjoyed my stay — the hotel had a welcoming atmosphere and the amenities were nice. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The only thing that stood out was that it wasn’t quite as clean as I expected (a bit of dust and a few missed spots). Other than that, it was a good experience, and I’d consider staying again."
