"recently stayed at Hotel San Felipe and had a really pleasant experience. The location is great—close to the action in Casco Viejo and just a short ride from other key areas in the city. It made exploring Panama City super convenient. The staff was friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with anything I needed. My room was clean, the air conditioning worked well (a must in Panama’s heat), and I appreciated the simple, cozy vibe. The building itself has character, and I loved the local charm that gave it a more authentic feel than some of the bigger chain hotels."

"Great stay here. Central location and easily walkable to most things in the old town. It was easy to access shopping from here also. We felt safe here. Communication with the host was easy as well. I read in the comments, people complaining about the noise from the rooftop bar across the street so I was a bit hesitant however we barely noticed it. I sleep with Rain Sounds anyway, so I was able to block out any background noise. Would stay here again and recommend to anyone. "
