The pool was not operational and this was not shared with the guest prior to their arrival although the pool has been out for weeks. Then without asking we were offered a refund and after weeks of waiting no one has responded from the hotel. This was quite distasteful especially given the fact that we did not ask. Breakfast had a lot of options and this was appreciated.

The majestic entrance made for a good first impression. Front desk staff was extremely pleasant and the check-in was quick.The first room that we went into on the 33rd floor smelt heavy of mildew, so much so that we had to ask to change rooms. The next room on that floor also smelt damp but it had an air purifier already running in it, which means that there was definitely some issue. The view from the room was phenomenal as we were on the top floor. The breakfast which was included was super extensive, great variety. We ate dinner which was casual and very affordably priced. Great setting facing the pool. There were quite a few diverse restaurants in the surrounding area. Overall we were quite satisfied with our stay. Major annoyance is that there is a flashing smoke detector right above the bed. If you don't have a sleep mask it could disrupt your sleep.

El hotel estuvo muy bueno lo único que no me gustó es la humedad que se sentía en la habitación y el extractor del baño no funcionaba. Cuando nos bañábamos las paredes completas del baño se humedecían y tardaba en secar luego. La ropa de cama se sentía húmeda.

Everything was excellent. The front desk manager even surprised me by leaving a birthday amenity and letter for me. Which was very thoughtful. Housekeepers clean daily and everything was spotless. Included breakfast daily was very tasty. Thank you to everyone !!
