The room itself was clean, and the location was great close to everything. However, there were a few things I didn’t enjoy. The hallways had a mildew smell, which was unpleasant. The pool is also quite small and there’s no jacuzzi. Another inconvenience was the towel policy; only one towel per person felt a bit unreasonable. My biggest issue, though, was with the front desk. When I called to ask if there were any English channels available on the TV, a staff member named Luis responded with a rude remark, saying, “This is Latin America, what do you expect?” I travel often, and even in Mexico there are English and Spanish channels, so his attitude felt unnecessary and unprofessional. There were only two English channels available, which was disappointing. Overall, my stay was okay, but because of these issues especially the customer service I’m not sure I would return.

However the supervisors need to check the rooms at check in to ensure that all the amenities are there for guest arrival based on the booking for example, 2 guest checking in ensure 2 water, 2 coffee, 2 wash cloth, 2 towel etc. Ensure the rooms are fresh and not funky.
