Check in was rough as they didn’t have my reservation. Hotels.com was able to contact the hotel and ultimately everything worked out and our stay was great. The staff is wonderful and the room was spacious, comfortable and clean.

Bed is incredibly uncomfortable had a very hard time sleeping because it was like sleeping on the floor but staff was super nice very close to the train for easy transport! As someone that has no experience with public transport it was really easy to get around!
