A really nice hotel with a lovely onsite restaurant and friendly, helpful staff. Our room was spacious and well equipped with a coffeemaker, iron/ironing board and hairdryer, it was clean and had a comfortable bed and had a good sized bathroom with a shower over the bath. Our only complaint was the cost of the onsite parking which was very expensive, I had looked at parking elsewhere but the carparks in the area all had terrible reviews so we grudgingly paid the price for the onsite secure parking. We enjoyed our 3 nights here and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Very sad to say that our room view was horrible. We booked a premier room and the view was of a pigeon poop window looking at apartments next door. It was very misleading when you book premier you expect premier

Excellent location-- was perfect for our needs. The rooftop pool is great with the bar service and lots of places to sit. Front desk was very responsive to issues in the room. Rooms need refurbishment and cleaning service could be a bit better. Bathroom was modern and shower was powerful and worked well. But, door on closet came off. And we found socks left over from the last guest hidden by the drapes.

Convenient location in Back Bay area

Good location in Back Bay. Very spacious room. A/c unit was a little noisy but was older style wall mounted. Water and coffee in room was plentiful. Bed comfortable. Only feedback would be at check in we were given no information about facilities eg pool etc. However, at check out, the guy was much more engaged with us. The luggage guys were also very helpful

The hotel received a false reservation for a second room which was billed to our credit card costing us $550.00 After we discovered the bogus billing, the hotel management did NOTHING to help us correct the false billing. The indifference of the management to the problem was most disappointing. The hotel retained the false payment for the 2nd room which was billed to our card.

From the time we walked in Juan and Darren at the front desk were very welcoming as well as the parking staff! The whole team was very eager to please and made sure you had everything you needed. Overall very great visit! Will definitely stay her the next time we’re in Boston.
