"Clean, still trying to find my perfect room there, close to the elevator is on the noisy side. And being from the West coast, 11 am check out is 8 am to me, that sucks when you are on vacation! They graciously gave me a later checkout (noon/9) it's an old place, I love it there, but it has it's problems, lost heat and hot water last stay in April, they are still running on a back up boiler, I expect they will be shutting down for repairs soon.
