"The 24/7 shuttle service was excellent and prompt, and the drivers were friendly. The hotel staff was friendly. This is a busy hotel during cruise season! The rooms show a little wear but are clean. There is a small market with snacks available and there is an option for pizza delivery. Breakfast was busy! There were pancakes, waffles, eggs, potatoes, hot and cold cereal, muffins, toast and pastries, juice and coffee. It was convenient and efficient."

"Hotel location is good for events at Climate Pledge otherwise blah. Pros -location, location Cons - small rooms (double beds touching the walls/can only get in on one side - under construction/ workers noisy/ unsafe with carpet laying around. Walls patched- no paint - parking very limited/ small spaces in garage - old hotel- seen better days - $$$$"
