"Our room was the furthest away from the lobby you can get. Difficult to find and very dated"

"The rooms are small but nice. It’s a beautiful hotel. The lobby is nice and welcoming. The staff were amazing. The next time we come back to Seattle we are definitely staying again and a lot of that has to do with the staff. (Cleaning staff included. Incredibly sweet and attentive) We can’t wait to come back when the weather is nicer so we can utilize the rooftop. Only complaint to possibly have are the pillows are not the best. One isn’t enough but two is too much you know? But if the worst part of my stay is a pillow I think I will survive 😂"

"The nightstands had residue of something on them, but otherwise nice. However, there must be VERY little insulation in the walls because you could hear everything and everyone from the hallway. Every room, and even at a normal conversation level. It felt like there was zero privacy. "

"Great location for public transportation and lots of restaurants and cafes in neighborhood. Bed was new and nice firmness. Very nice towels. I got a courtyard room so no view but very quiet. Staff always greeted me coming and going. I would definitely stay here again. Really like the string of lights over the street."
