The rooms need to be worked on to be updated, but was livable. Matt at the counter helped with directions for the Philly game and getting some water that was not provided in my room which did not know about.

Everything about the hotel (and the neighborhood) was great. I stayed on budget by relying on street parking, which is mostly 2-hrs between 8am-10pm in the neighborhood, which in practice means 10am-8pm.

Definitely overpaid for the room. Shower had long black hair in it. Bathroom counter wasn’t cleaned. Bathroom floor was dirty. When barefoot, I could feel hard things in the carpet. Definitely wasn’t vacuumed. Room was also dusty. I expected more for what I paid.

"When I entered the room, I noted the following damages and provided feedback to staff.
- Damaged leather on the bed headboards and chairs
- Damage to the door
- Issues with the bathroom caulking
They mentioned they noted into account, when checking out I mentioned again and nothing was on account. Ensure you check the room for damages. "
