"So I checked into this hotel based on price and reviews as I had a work event nearby during the next week. I stayed 3 nights and I’m glad that was all it was.Checkin was weird as the place up front was full so I parked in free parking only to realize it was far away. The room I got first, The A/C was not working. Wrote a review on here for the check in and got a call from Cole the next day that was very apologetic and wanted to make it work. They moved me from the casino room which was okay other than the one issue. To the resort room. That room was newer. First night it took over and hour for my bags to arrive from the bell service. I had to call to find out what happened. No hot water the first night. The next night the power went out in the hotel twice. First time for a couple of hours. The next it was off from 6pm to midnight. The hotel staff did not let me know what was wrong. I had to call them. Overall it was a rocky stay but the beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Unfortunately you have to go down stairs for food delivery and the elevators on the casino tower can easily take 15 mins to get a car to your floor. The resort ones which require a key worked much better. I don’t think I’ll ever stay here again because of my issues."
