"First thing, this is a B&B, not a full service hotel, so don’t expect full amenities. The breakfast was fine, but a little limited (good coffee, though). The concierge staff was pleasant, and there was general information provided in a binder in the room about transportation and restaurants.
The room was very comfortable and roomy enough for one person (I was traveling alone). The bed was comfortable. Not sure if there was a way to climate control the room. I was happy that there were several TV channel options, as there was not a whole lot to do in the area.
The B&B is located in a residential area in walking distance from some restaurants and a convenience store. “Japantown” is within a short walking distance. I had been concerned about safety, but other than a few homeless people on the street occasionally, the area was clean and quiet.
This is a good option for a solo traveler or couple. I would suggest bringing a good map and making a transportation plan for sightseeing as the Queen Anne is off the beaten path.
