We used a luggage delivery service to send our bags to our next hotel, and the staff helped us communicate with the delivery company. Later, we lost some of our things and needed to contact one of the tour guides to get them back. I think this was outside the staff's responsibility, but one of them still helped us, and we are very very very grateful. Thanks to the staff, we solved our problem and continued our trip smoothly."
