My experience at this property was great! It’s connected to the mall and close by to many food options or the train station to get around. I would recommend that this property change some food variety options for at least the breakfast. We went twice in a row during breakfast but expected for some of the food options to change. It was exactly the same. Good food but would like to see more options. Thank you to the friendly staff and property for a great stay overall!

Excellent stay, and I appreciate the hotel adding in an extra night for our 3 rooms during a busy New Years break. It's a bit removed from the hustle and bustle of other parts of Tokyo, but well served with the train and subway lines and having the Ariake Gardens attached directly to the hotel was a nice bonus! We would stay here again.

The room itself was fine, and I appreciated the daily towel changes even though housekeeping wasn't expected for our three-night stay. However, the breakfast experience was subpar. It was the same every day and lacked variety. Specifically, the absence of bread or toast and the very limited pastry selection made it difficult to find a satisfying meal.
