We stayed at Villa Fontaine Grand Shiodome during our Tokyo trip, and overall had a really good experience. The location is fantastic — right by the Shiodome and Shimbashi stations, which made it so easy to get around the city. It’s also within walking distance to Ginza and lots of restaurants and convenience stores. The hotel was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. The staff were always kind, polite, and ready to help with anything we needed. The room wasn’t very big (which is pretty common in Tokyo), but it was well organized and had everything we needed for our stay.

I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Villa Fontaine Grand Tokyo - Shiodome! The location couldn’t be better — it’s right next to multiple subway entrances, which made traveling around Tokyo (and even to other parts of Japan) incredibly convenient. The area feels safe, clean, and well-connected, with plenty of restaurants and attractions within walking distance. The hotel itself was modern, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and professional. I’d definitely stay here again on my next trip to Tokyo!

7 Day Stay in Hotel Villa Fontaine Shiodome

The staff were very welcoming when I 1st arrived, explained all the amenities the hotel has to offer. I enjoyed that the hotel offers late check out for a reasonable prices since most hotels don’t offer that. The hotel had vending machines, laundry machines, and a hotel food/bar lobby which was very convenient. The best thing about the hotel is that it’s near a lot of subway stations which makes it easier to explore Tokyo.

It’s a very Japanese hotel. Bfast at the grill house is not so great. Staff’s English skill is not good. The room is crazily small. Park hotel or iconic Royal park hotel are better than this hotel in Shiodome.

The hotel improved a lot with the new breakfast facilities. You can also get lunch and dinner, which is convenient if you are tired from traveling. Being in Shiodome means being close to the best Tokyo has to offer.

I stayed at this hotel twice on my trip to Japan and booked 4 rooms each time. The room I stayed at had a queen bed and a sofa. I asked for sheets for the sofa bed and they said the only way they would give them is if I paid $53 more a night. The bed was against the wall and hard to get out of to use the bathroom. So we wanted to use the sofa. If there’s only two people in the room and I want to use something in the room. I don’t think it’s fair that o should pay an additional $53 for sheets!
