Simple apartment, excellent location, though not as advertised
The location of the apartment is excellent, very close to the old part of town and Lama Monachile.
It is a simple but adequate apartment. The pictures show the layout of the apartment accurately.The third bedroom is upstairs near the entrance to the roof terrace.
Unfortunately, the description of the apartment is partly inaccurate. There is no parking, and certainly no covered parking as advertised. Street parking is mostly restricted to residents. You may need to spend quite some time circling the blocks to find a public parking spot.
Kitchen equipment is also quite limited, lacking some essentials like bread knife, all purpose knife, kettle and a cork screw.
Communication at check-in was not so easy. The person who met us spoke Italian only. Someone came a bit later who spoke some English. This would all be alright, except that the advertising indicates that the owner speaks various languages.
Some information on local business, as well as info on how things are operated in the apartment (heating, trash?) would have been helpful.
It is not that the apartment is bad, it is that it does not have many of the things that it advertises, which invites disappointment.
