"Great hotel for a two week stay in London. Good beds, comfortable, quiet rooms with plenty of space, a nice breakfast, friendly staff. And we love the location! Especially with the new Elizabeth line, you can get to anywhere in London very easily from here. They are renovating the rooms later this year, so am crossing fingers it will remain a good value. "

"The breakfast hall was quite chaotic, and we had to wait for a table. As we were a large group, this was somewhat difficult. Two members of our group arrived earlier and were given a table for two. When the rest of us arrived, we were told that we could not be given another table as we had “already been allocated one.” We then moved to a larger table so that we could all sit together, however a staff member approached us and told us off in a manner that came across as quite rude. But the concierge and other staff were just brilliant! "
