Recent Northern Mexico hotel reviews by fellow wanderers

Wyndham Garden Monterrey Aeropuerto
"We stayed just 1 night for morning flight next morning in busy summer vacation time. It met our needs perfectly. Considering other reviews, I expected older property. It’s not new but clean and modern. We’ve stayed much older buildings in the past. This is Very good value hotel. Breakfast starts at 6am which is early enough compared to other hotels near by. Fast foods next door. 7eleven in walking distance too. And restaurants as well. Shuttle runs frequently but shared with other hotels. From the airport, you can call them to pick you up. (FYI you don’t have phone line, We used info desk) From the hotel, first come first served. It appeared very busy in the morning, show up early then let reception know you need shuttle. I felt Air conditioner was little loud at night but it’s working good. Room was kind of dark at night. No actual light fixtures on wall/ceiling, just lamps. For 1 night stay, it didn’t bother us just noticeable. Overall I am very satisfied with our stay. And definitely will stay again for same purpose."
