Very uncaring staff. No directions to room. Asked to be close and on ground floor. Gave me room on second floor and had to walk half the length of the building after finding the building me room was in. Staff did not even inform me if there was an elevator.

There really wasn’t anything good about this property. It was dirty, the beds and shower had hair in them, the bedspreads were stained, there were three of us staying and there were only two towels. The floor and walls were dirty and gross!
