"Everything was excellent and clean . The only thing we didn’t really like was the food . I think you should serve more international food rather than just Mexican food. I felt like there was not much variety of international food. The restaurants that needed reservations were excellent especially the steak.The pool staffs were excellent and super nice . We had a great time in your resort"

The beach is private and I felt very safe staying at the Hyatt Ziva. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I used the SPA services and I was so impressed with the amenities and the staff.
