It would be best to put a notice / disclaimer about having a “cashless” system when making bookings. Luckily, I had a friend to assist with doing a debit card transaction for hotel fees, this was very disappointing and not accommodating

"I was referred to this location and I was very happy with my stay. This location has a restaurant/bar and very intimate so you will hear music, at night, but there is a cut off time. The staff were very pleasant and were very willing to answer any questions I had. The atmosphere, staff, and cleanliness is why I will book again."
