Pretty villa with pool 5 minutes' walk from the beach, 3 minutes from the daily market and village center with shops.
This pretty house with garden and ideal location (all on foot) is perfect for 8 people with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (2 adult bedrooms and 1 bedroom for 4 children).
The swimming pool is heated from April to the end of September and has a secure automatic roller shutter.
In the village, you'll find a mini-market, a bakery and a butcher's shop, as well as the island's biggest market (every day during the vacation season)!

The single-storey house is very bright, with a living room overlooking the flower-filled garden and swimming pool.
Well-equipped, with fast wifi (Orange fiber), it's ideal for telecommuting.

Spend pleasant moments by the pool (deckchair, barbecue, ping-pong table, trampoline, swing).

You can park your car inside (closed gate) or outside along the property (free parking).

Sophie and Laurent will welcome you from 4pm to hand over the keys and give you information about the house.

Maison très bien équipée et bien placée

Maison très confortable et bien équipée. Très bonne literie. Petits cadeaux de bienvenue des propriétaires fort appréciés. Accueil concierge tres sympathique et arrangeant au niveau des horaires. Piscine réellement chauffée ce qui est un plus en cas de météo capricieuse. Nous recommandons ce bien. Pisicine règle

Nous avons passé deux semaines dans cette maison idéalement située au coeur de La Brée les Bains. Le marché et les huîtres surtout sont à deux pas, le boulanger guère plus loin et la plage à moins de 10 minutes à pieds. Nous avons apprécié le charme de l'ancien mêlé à la modernité des équipements. La piscine est parfaite au milieu du jardin très bien arboré. La table de ping-pong a été fortement appréciée (surtout pendant la période des JO :). Pouvoir garer la voiture dans la cour est également un vrai + car les rues sont parfois étroites. Enfin une très bonne communication avec les propriétaires mais également avec le couple qui était en charge de nous accueillir. Je vous recommande cette location les yeux fermés ! Allez-y vous ne serez pas déçus :)
