I arrived after midnight on my flight. There was a sign in the airport pointing toward CitizenM. But when I went that direction the exit was closed for the night. It wasn’t clear to me which exit to use, some went to buses, some went up a level, so of course I took the wrong exit and wasted 20 minutes. Even using Google maps wasn’t helpful in this situation with many exits leading every which direction but the way you actually want to go. That may not be an issue during the day when you can just follow the first sign and exit there. When I arrived the front door of the hotel was locked. I had to pound on the window to be let in to the hotel. My iPad control for the room was also glitchy. When I tried to use the ambient room options for calming down it would only work for a couple of minutes before shutting off. The platform in my shower was wobbly which isn’t an issue for me, but someone else may lose their balance. I appreciated the 24/7 bar and food options downstairs and that was the highlight for me not having to find something to eat at 1:00am somewhere else.
