"We loved everything about it! The location cannot be beat with views of the water only 20 feet from the pool! The staff were incredible everywhere you went ready to wait on you with a smile. We felt pampered the entire time and the entire place was very clean, well maintained and welcoming. We will be back for certain."

"Loved the property and the location was perfect for visiting Clearwater. The only downside was having to pay for parking at a hotel you're already paying to stay at. Parking was $38 per night for a standard small vehicle. Other than that, everything was great and we had a wonderful stay."

"So we stay at the charthouse offen. The last two time we have went the elevators were broken. The first time only worked, and this time neither worked upon our arrival and we had to use the stairs to carry all our luggage up to the fifth floor. And anytime we had anywhere to go we had to climb 5 stories both ways just to get where we were going. I originally said something tonthe front office lady and she told me if I wanted she would refund my money and I could stay somewhere else. Which I found very rude and disrespectful. Very disappointed in charthouse!! Set it up guys!"
