"The hotel was awesome. Being from NY I am picky. There was turndown service and housekeeping everyday. The hotel was so clean! The beds were comfortable. I went to the spa and my massage was the best I ever had. The pool was beautiful, however it was too hot to sit on the rooftop to go in. I used the gym one day and there were ice cold towel and it was clean. The restaurant/bar in the hotel was top notch. NYC quality!!! The food and service were outstanding! I would recommend any day. "

"I wish I had gotten/remembered the names of the front desk and valet staff that were present during my stay. They were warm and personable. Wonderful personalities with easy smiles and huge laughs. I had a great time talking with them every day of my stay. They also gave great recommendations on where to eat and things to do in their city."

"We stayed for 4 nights near the end of September. The room was clean and the staff at the front desk were great! Also, whoever was answering my texts were also very helpful. We stayed in a queen suite room, highly recommend. The pool and hot tub area was quaint, perfect for the whole setting / ambience /vibe of the Kasa and New Orleans. There was a rooftop bar area which was closed, but honestly, there are enough bars around the area, that we didn't need another one, lol. Great place, and thanks again for everything. We will be coming back, and we will definitely be staying there."
