I was surprised and disappointed to get my cc statement with a $10.90 charge with no explanation. It took a half an hour to finally figured out they were charging me to park my car. First time in my trip from Portland OR I was charged to park my car. This was so upsetting!! It’s not the amount that will break me it’s the surprise that no one mentioned it. I would give you 5 stars but for that. I would appreciate a refund of #10.90. I stayed Cotobrer 3. Sincerely E Daley-Colasurdo for one night. Otherwise the stay was perfect!

Great place to stay near Mall of America

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was fabulous. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only downfall was the sofas in the rooms are sagging. They told me they were redoing rooms, though, so that should improve. Mall accessibility was great.

Overall it was a positive experience and will stay at this property again! Only issue was the door between the main area and the bedroom was hard to close and open. Same said for the bathroom. Staff was advised and said they would fix it. The desk staff was so pleasant and friendly. Breakfast was great. Very clean in all areas.

The staff were so sweet and helpful during check in! Made our first time experience one to remember. Our room was extremely nice and spacious and the house keeping were so kind to bring us extra blankets even though it was very late into the night. Totally coming back if i’m in the area!

Staff was very good. Breakfast had good selections. Room was comfortable but dirty. I picked things up off the floor. Overall we were happy-just wish it had been more clean.

Plenty of room to move around

The rooms are spacious with a nice living room area. I like the fact that the bedroom is separate and you can close the door to separate the room. Especially when you have two teenagers who like to stay up a little later and you just want to go to bed.

the room had a musty odor. don't get me wrong, it looked nice, but was extremely dirty. normally i take my shoes off at the door, and i could smell this musty smell, but.. thought.... maybe this is just an old building.. since i normally walk barefoot in a room, i noticed the kitchen floor was very sticky.. my foot would peel off of the floor as i walked. then later on that day, i noticed when i would go to the bathroom, which had tile flooring, my feet would leave black muddy prints on the floor. I then realized that the carpets padding was saturated with moisture, even though the top seemed dry. when i slept, the bed was uncomfortable, and i would wake up a few hours later coughing and gagging...and, im not a smoker.. i noticed i had difficulty breathing so, i would take a shower and go outside. i would then go to the breakfast, which honestly was the best experience, very well done. then go to the mall and by mid day the headache and my throat would go back to normal, .. the second day i came home exhausted, realizing i had to ware sandals when walking in the room .. i passed out on the bed and woke up at 2:42am. again coughing, feeling i had needles in my throat, along with a massive headache, i took a shower and started packing to leave. before i left, i had taken pictures of the carpet, and inspecting the area. I realized the sofa bed mattress had black mold within it. i went down stairs and ate breakfast and checked out before 7am.

Rhonda at the front desk was amazing. She helped us add another night to our stay and went out of her way to make it possible. Would highly recommended this place to stay if you are in the area.
