"Our stay was very nice! Adriel - our concierge was excellent. He was attentive, helpful, and did everything he could to make sure our stay was perfect. There were several things broken in our hotel room on arrival and Adriel took care of all of them for us...and with a smile! Raul at the beach was also great -- he reserved beach beds for us every morning and made sure we had great service. All the staff members throughout the hotel including at the Lunchbox and Malva buffets were so sweet. Carlos from entertainment was also wonderful! "

"My friends and I had an amazing stay. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful; the food and drinks was good as well. My only compliant would be the reserving of the specialty restaurants for a larger group, (larger than 4). It was impossible to get in any of them, so we stayed with the buffets which had a wide variety of food and it was amazing anyway. No one got sick off the food either and we ate everything. Definitely would like to return to the Lopesan Costa Bávaro Resort Spa & Casino. "
