Nice appartment, bit basic and 2km St Jean de Luz. Don’t forget linen is extra, €50 cash on arrival.

Clean, tidy and adequate. Bit noisy at night. Not easy to find from instructions given and owner doesn’t speak great English - if you can speak French no problem !

très bon séjour à Socoa

l'appartement mis à notre disposition a été un facteur très positif pour la qualité de notre séjour. Il est situé à environ 300 m de la plage de Socoa dans la baie de Saint-Jean de Luz. La rivière passe au pied du petit immeuble et la vue est large et très agréable. une grande terrasse permet d'en profiter pleinement. l'appartement est fonctionnel et bien disbribué. l'hôte est très sympathique. nous y reviendrons sûrement.

Logement bien adapté pour une famille avec 2 ados (à part le manque de Wifi pour les ados !). L'appartement est très bien situé à 7 minutes à pied des commerces et de la plage. La belle terrasse est vraiment un plus.
