Deducted the room stay payment the morning before we checked in. When we attempted to check in, they said a room was not available. Had to wait almost 2 hours for them to find a room. Did not offer any type of compensation or discount for this.

Very pleased

We were impressed with how clean the hotel and room was. Front desk lady was very helpful and friendly. We were pleased to see the police driving through the parking lot at least 3 times in the 24 hours we were there. Made us feel comfortable and safe. Will definitely stay there again.

They don’t do a good job on keeping the cigarette smell out of there. As soon as you walk into the door it’s a slap in the face with the smell. We had a non smoking room but everything still smelled of cigarettes.

We requested a room on the bottom floor. We liked that it did not have carpets. It was Reasonably priced, clean, and quiet. Easy access to the casino. Wished they had more restaurants to choose from but otherwise it was ok.

The property was update and the staff were friendly but we experienced a scare when someone tried to kick in our door. We we called the front office the staff said he didn’t know how long it would take to send someone up. That was very unsettling especially since they have a casino next door that had security everywhere. A security guard finally showed up and just explained that they had some characters that would do things like that at times. We were scared to leave our room in case someone was waiting to ambush us. The kick on the door was almost enough to get it open. I don’t know if they were just randomly checking doors to rob rooms or if we were targeted but it was enough to make us want to leave and never return.
