"Very friendly staff, amenities galore, always something going on and things to do with the kids. Only complaint would be the shower. When a hotel caters to families, a pull down showerhead would be so beneficial!! The littles had a hard time getting shampoo and conditioner out. And of course as a female, I much prefer a pulldown showerhead, sand gets everywhere!"

"How is a little displeased because the elevator kept going out? We also got woke up on one morning with the alarm going off the fire alarm called the front desk and got a rude employee and I also don’t like that. I did not get a final bill when I checked out."

"The view from our balcony was beautiful but no privacy from the other balconies. The room was average at best, very hot upon arrival and multiple outlets didn’t work. The water pressure from the bathroom sink was pathetic. The pool was very cloudy all week, either a result of improper water chemistry or filtration. Eat breakfast elsewhere."
