"The hotel was steps from the train station which was incredibly convenient given the amount of luggage we were carrying as a family of four with adult children. We were able to drop our bags and immediately stretch our legs, explore, grab lunch while we waited for our room to be ready. The hotel manager (I can't recall her name) was an absolute delight. We were offered two small single rooms for our adult children instead of the double room we had booked for them. We agreed to the smaller rooms and in return the hotel provided free breakfast for all four of us the next morning. We were also sent a bottle of prosecco which we enjoyed in the pretty, quiet courtyard - a nice retreat from the crowded streets. At departure, the hotel helped arrange a water taxi to the airport - again, steps from the hotel door. It's more expensive than a regular taxi but by far the greatest commute to any airport I've ever experienced and well worth the money. Overall, great stay. Highly recommend!"

"The breakfast had a great selection. Apart from the eggs being overly salty, the savory and sweet pastries, cold cuts, cereal, fruits, salads, chicken wings, bacon, assortment of breads and jams, 3 different types of juices and variety of specialty coffees from the machine were fantastic! The location couldn’t be better. It is literally 5 mins from the train station, didn’t have to deal with water taxi transport or bridges. The only steps were the ones from the train station to get to the walking path, which is less than 10 steps. The staff were so professional, polite and helpful! The room is considered standard size for European standard. The only feedback I think would help make it better for other guests is the hotel gave us wash cloth and hand towels that have the same material as dinner cloth napkins, very weird. It’s not absorbent at all. But the bath floor towel and bath towels are regular terry cloth material so that worked fine. The room also have strong AC which is a huge plus after being outside sweating all day in over 90 degrees heat. Hotel has water refill station at the lobby (charming decor and comfortable seating). There is also a nice courtyard seating connected to the breakfast room which will be enjoyable during cooler months. All in all, we enjoyed our stay!"
