"I gave the staff 5 star, the location is also convenient, cross the grand canal from Venice central train station. The breakfast was decent. The facility need upgrades. Our room which is a “canal view is horrible! There was a huge flag pole right in front of the tiny window blocking the view. The bed and the entire furniture needs to be replace ASAP. The Duvet on the bed needs to be replaced. There was electric out let to plug in our charger, the guy at the front desk told us to unplug one of the lamps to plug in our charger. 2 people can not fit in the bathroom at the same time. There was open can of beer in the fridge no water and was still left there after reporting it. Housekeeping need to be improve."

"I cannot say enough about this beautiful hotel! We were in the family suite in the annex building. The room was stunning in design and absolutely spotless! The hotel staff were friendly and knowledgeable, ensuring we had everything we could possibly need. The location was superb; a very close walk from the train station! We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again should we have the opportunity!"
