We stayed here one night during a trip to Venice and had such a lovely time. The staff were extremely helpful in responding to questions prior to the stay. The only hotel during our 12-day trip to Italy that was sufficiently air conditioned to keep the room cool. Great staff, great breakfast, the location was excellent with a 1min walk to the water bus stop.

I cannot think of a single thing I could possibly complain about. The staff were so helpful and pleasant. They offered recommendations to best explore Venice. The front desk always has someone available. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. They put on a complimentary breakfast which was excellent. I felt like family while I was there. And I love the Pug (the owner's pet). Stay here, you won't regret it.

We stayed at Hotel Guerrato for three nights last month. Location is great - next to the Rialto market, with fresh fruit stalls right at the door. Walking distance to all main attractions. Breakfast was the best we got in Italy (we went through ten cities): full buffet, eggs, bacon, fruit salad, a la carte hot drinks, etc. Our quadruple room was massive and decorated in Venetian style. The extra beds were simply pullout chairs - but even then, more convenient than we got in other hotels. Definitely not cheap, but I had no regrets choosing this place: solid positive experience.

We were very happy with our stay at Hotel Guerrato! Our room was very comfortable, clean, and we lucked out with our room located on the same floor as reception. Our favorite part of our experience was the friendly and helpful staff! Other highlights were location, location, location. It is very close to the Rialto Bridge and the canal public transportation. This maximized our time in this beautiful city. Thank you so much for a great stay! Would highly recommend and absolutely stay again!

Despite asking for the Attic Room which only had a bed and single seat which pulled out to a bed there was nothing else in the room! On top of that no lift or no assistance in taking 4 cases up 5 flights of stairs. I would seriously consider staying here if you are of limited mobility or don't like stairs. Breakfast is ok, My wife and I would not stay here again. The staff whilst friendly didn't really care about us having to lug cases up and down stairs unassisted.overall very disappointed and quite frankly would not recommend.

Great location. Safff were really friendly, efficient and informative. We had booked a double room. What got were 2 double beds pushed against each other, which was not the.most.comfortable arrangement for sleeping. Breaktast was simple but nice. Limited choice, but fine for a short stay.

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Guerrato. It was located very close to the Rialto Mercato stop for the water bus service which made transportation easy. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. We appreciated being able to have a room with three beds for our older children. This hotel puts you into the heart of Venice - right beside the market and the Rialto bridge. We were able to walk to St Mark’s Square as well as to a water taxi to go to Murano Island. Such fun! Do be warned that there are lots of stairs to climb with luggage. The lobby is on the first floor up and then rooms above that.

Just got back after a 3 night stay at the Hotel Guerrato , when we arrived we were checked in promptly and luckily for us our room was ready! We had booked the attic room, which is lovely. It’s a lovely hotel and in a great area, close to the Rialto Mercato water bus stop and also the Rialto Brigde is 5 mins walk away! The breakfast is good, cereals, pastries and a limited hot selection, there is also a small selection of cooked meats.

This hotel is perfectly situated on a quiet street of Venice, but close to the Rialto bridge and tons of shopping and restaurants. The staff was incredibly friendly and provided us with a map of Venice and helpful suggestions of sites to see. The rooms were very clean and the AC was great! I will be recommending this hotel to everyone I know!
