The elevators took a long time. We waited for 15 minutes for the elevator and the stairs aren’t an option because they lead outside. The shower had some mildew. The location is nice and close to Disneyland. The staff was nice. The breakfast was good. The hotel itself needs some work.

"This was our first trip to Disneyland. After doing my research I settled on the Tropicana Inn and Suites due to its location and price. Being able to walk to the parks in such a short amount of time--from the middle of Main Street to our room took about 13 minutes--made the trip so much nicer, especially after a full day in the parks. Also, The Cove convenience store being on-site was great and allowed us to purchase breakfast items to put in our in room fridge. There is also a microwave but we didn't end up using that. If you're looking for more hotel amenities, this isn't the property you are looking for--but, if you're looking to make a vacation to Disneyland better by being able to easily walk and not have to rent a car and truly get a good value, I'm not sure why you'd stay anywhere else"
