"We stay here often. Hotel needs a lil renovating; it's getting a lil tired looking. Location is great. Breakfast needs improving and needs to be included. Staff at front desk and in restaurant needs to be more welcoming. Try adding a nightly turndown treat for the price."

"1000$ for a room that the valet is full and since the valet was full I had to go park somewhere else and the girl at the front desk took almost 30 minutes before answering us which we almost miss our show at the bell center … they never offer to pay for my other parking or any excuse"

"The Admiral Loft was perfect for our needs. Very spacious!! We live out of town but had an early appt at the General Hospital that required some morning preparation. It was like being in an apartment with everything we needed to be comfortable. The jacuzzi tub is an added bonus. Check out time of noon is great and we even asked for (and got) a 1pm checkout just in case the appt ran late. The pool was not open yet, but that is Mother Natures's fault, lol. The renovation of the lobby area was very nicely done. We were at the hotel in Jan '26 when it was in process so it was nice to see the end result. We can't comment on the restaurant as we could not eat much due to appt. Recommend?? 100%"
