Everything was good. The staff was nice and the hotel was clean. Also, appreciated the complementary breakfast. The only thing I did not like was the pool area was cold as well as the water. It was not 85 degrees. Other than that no complaints.

"Super sketchy area at night and there was no parking in hotel lot or on the street (even though we called ahead and were told someone was leaving at 11- but many cars were waiting for same spot) so we didn’t feel safe unloading our things and left. Asked for a refund but not given it. We went to the Hyatt Place in Yonkers for less expense and it felt 100% safe and easy."
