The pictures online really don't do this place justice. The atrium had almost a Caribbean vibe with lush plants and bright sunlight. There is ample seating so you can always find a spot that feels quiet to sip a cappuccino from the cafe or a glass of wine from the bar. The receptionists could look and act less miserable but the rest of the hotel staff is welcoming and attentive. The room facing the atrium is well worth it. Just don't get dressed with only the sheer curtains closed at night because the people in the room right across can see you. Rooms are spacious, clean, and the beds are very comfortable. Kids had a great time at the pool. Wanted to try the cinema but couldn't convince the group to watch the movie they were playing. Would love to stay there agian and would definitely recommend.

The room was very comfortable and clean but the towels were as harsh as sand paper. Having breakfast was not convenient, you had to wait in line to order your breakfast then get a table. For a hotel of that standing I would have expected a dining room with full service

My family and I had a wonderful time over the Easter weekend. The atrium was gorgeous and the rooms were modern and well-appointed. Only note was that the pool area was not as spotless as the rest of the hotel. It was, however, an incredibly busy weekend and the pool was a hot-spot for families staying at the hotel.

New Renovations/ Great Staff/ Excellent Stay

Check in with Nicole at the front desk was great & check out with John at a very early hour also excellent. I was given un upgrade & the renovated property and atrium area was beautiful. Self parking option was very easy & economical too. Add this to your travel list especially when going to/from Manhattan by car.

Really nice rooms and beautiful lounge! Great food! Only issue I had was my tv didn't work (an engineer fixed it but within like 12 hours it wasn't working again) and when I went to the hot tub the jets weren't going so it was just like sitting in a hot bath. Still five stars because it's a great place for the price and the staff is all friendly and room service was delicious.

Front desk staff failed to explain there is no hotel restaurant and that instead take out or delivered food must be ordered by one of two means: through the front desk or at a kiosk next to front desk. Menus for that purpose did not include beverages. Ordering hours not explained. I was not informed nor was there obvious notice of a Sunday brunch in the hotel atrium. My daughter ordered a surprise amenity that failed to reach me until she complained. The tv malfunctioned. Overall, the hotel appearance looked tired and dated. Very difficult to find pool and work out room.
