The reception staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I’d especially like to thank Emmanuel, who kindly moved me to a quieter room when I asked – I really appreciated the care and quick response. As expected from a hostel, there’s a lively atmosphere with music and a DJ in the evenings (usually until midnight), but it was never a problem for me. It’s all part of the fun vibe, and the bar staff were always smiling and welcoming. What stood out to me most was how personal the experience felt. I was only there for five nights, but many of the staff remembered my name and even my breakfast order – a small gesture that made a big impact. They also offered free guacamole and margarita classes, which were a fun bonus. My private room genuinely felt more like a hotel than a hostel – clean, stylish, and comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the accommodation. The location is central, and they offer bike rentals and paid excursions, which makes exploring Tulum really easy.
