"Wyndham Grand Resort and Spa, Tucson, AZ"
The hotel was beautiful! Condo style property, with multiple pools and hot tubs. The rooms have incredible views, the beds are like sleeping on a cloud and the rooms are spacious and clean. The property is quiet, and has nature trails, vegetable and herb gardens and horseback riding. The Staff was courteous, professional and went out of their way to fulfill my requests, such as transportation to Phoenix for myself, husband and son when at the last minute, my Mother couldn't take us. The only down side was the cost of the Thanksgiving Buffet. My 2 year old was charged $40.00 and I know of no 2 year old that could possibly eat $40.00 worth of food. However, the food was very good and the Staff made Thanksgiving a wonderful experience.

"Unbelievable Service"
My stay at the Arizona Inn was nothing short of the very best service I have ever had in a hotel, since I’ve traveled the globe. The reservations were easy and the website showed many photos that appealed to my ego; a million dollar taste on a beer budget. It didn’t matter if I were a celebrity or just your average Joe, this hotel treated everyone with equal time and respect. I was greeted at the door and then again at the counter for check-in. Polite and fast, as the bell hope took my bags and escorted me right to my little mansion in the ruff. The politeness of the staff again was amazing and they aren’t afraid to talk to you like some places that fear for their jobs if they talk at all. This place treated me like a family member and it was worth every minute of our time together. The room was more than I expected, with a king sized bed, luxurious furniture and charm, very clean, and very quiet; truly a diamond in the ruff. Owned by the same family for over 83 years, this hotel impresses even the rich. The dining room (yes dining room) and outdoor dining, were amazing and even at night when the place lite up, coming to life. Lush green plants and beautiful décor filled my eyes with delight. The menu was straightforward and boy was the food tasty. Try the veal if you get the chance to stay there. Breakfast had large portions to keep me going throughout the day of my business trip. The staff greeted me each time I came and went, and the best part is, they even turn down your bed for you and place a chocolate on the pillow. Now how is that for service? Checkout was fast, easy and nothing short of amazing as the bellhop took my bags once again and escorted me to the cab, and then offered me a bottle of water to take with me. Now that’s service beyond what I expected or have ever had in all the hotels I have stayed, even the five star hotels. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and I will stay here each time I return to Arizona to visit or for business. Thank you for a stay worth remembering.

"A great family getaway."
The resort sits beautifully within the mountain range. Highlights were the guided hike (thanks Ranger Rick), the indoor/outdoor spa, the waterslide, lunch at Turquesa Grill and dinner at Ignite. The flutist during the Sunset Celebration was truly awesome. The entire family loved it, including my 9 and 12 year old girls.

"This hotel was wonderful!"
All the staff were very helpful and accommodating! We requested a smoking room and at first was told it was not available but then Thomas checked again and was able to get us the room we wanted. Breakfast and the Manager's reception was a big plus and handled exceptionally well. Room was clean and roomy, bed was very comfortable.

"Vary nice, but aging"
We have stayed here twice before. Last time was 2006 when they were renovating. They have maintained the property and it's comfortable, but haven't upgraded or refreshed since '06. Still nice but fold out and roll-away mattresses tired.

"Pretty good"
Stayed in their basic room with a king sized bed.  The room was comfortable and basically clean with the exception of a hair on the bathroom floor and in the sink.  The breakfast buffet was good as I had a waffle and an omelet.  Staff was friendly and the location is very centralized.  I plan on staying here again and I would recommend it to others.
