Very cute hotel with great local history. Loved the interior decoration. Staff was very helpful. The restaurant St. Cruz had great food and drinks. Overall beautiful ambience.

I would have rated this property 5 stars and even then I am being generous because the second floor room we got was extremely noisy. We didn’t get a wink of sleep. Additionally there was only one server in the morning. He was literally serving the entire restaurant.

Very clean and newly renovated, excellent location for exploring downtown Tucson. Reception staff helpful but not particularly personable. The hotel has a very slick feel but not overly friendly, but maybe that’s just our taste. A bit noisy but that’s to be expected due to its downtown location.
