"Overall, it was a pretty good experience. It's a convenient location to the beach (just one block away) and there's a nice, small pool that is open until 9pm each night. The rooms were nice and spacious and the beds were comfortable. There's also a nice little dock in the back if you like fishing or boating. It is a bummer there really aren't any restaurants or stores or anything within easy walking distance, but if you're down to drive to get food, then it's fine! The main thing we didn't enjoy was the frequency of bugs in our suite. We saw about 3 cockroaches and non stop gnats. There was also a constant rotting food smell in the kitchen, even though we didn't have any perishable food there. I would recommend this as a place to say, if you aren't worried about walkable places (other than the beach) and you're okay with the occasional bug!"

"We had an amazing stay and couldn't have asked for a better experience! The condo was exceptionally clean, beautifully maintained, and stocked with everything we needed. It truly felt like a home away from home. One of our favorite things was how well-equipped it was for a beach vacation. The owners provided beach chairs, a beach tent, games, and so many other extras that made our trip even more enjoyable. The condo was also stocked with household essentials and toiletries, which was incredibly convenient and thoughtful. The host was outstanding throughout our stay. They were friendly, responsive, and quick to answer any questions or address any needs we had, making the entire process stress-free from start to finish.We were beyond impressed with every aspect of our stay and will absolutely be booking this condo again in the future. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-stocked, and relaxing place to stay!"

"This cute little cottage was perfect! If you love that old Florida feel and quiet beaches this place is for you! We had 3 people and our dog for the week and my son was able to visit on the weekends - perfect for this 2 bed, 2 bath with pull-out couch. The cottage itself was adorable on the outside, beautiful and all brand new on the inside. The fenced in yard was perfect for morning coffee and even better in the evening. It also provided a nice space for our dog. You can't beat the location!! 5 min walk to the beach, 5 min walk to Caddy's and Ka'tiki. 10 min walk to Shrimpy's and the nice little dog park right next door. Sunset Beach itself was quiet with very little traffic - perfect for morning and evening walks. Short drive to anything else and back to my quiet oasis. Kent was on the ball with anything we needed. Highly recommend Happy Hour Cottage and Sunset Beach."
