Littoral hotel surprised me it was quaint and such a change from the usual hotels. We had a nice view and the hotel is close to the skiing slopes whuch was amazing. The hotel is charming and the staff though not overall chatty was very helpful. Tip if you are planning to take advantage of the spa book well in advance they are amazing but booked. Overall experience was great.

Nice hotel close to the river and not far from DT

The hotel was cute and we picked the older rooms for a lower price and kind of wish we would have picked the newer rooms. It smelt kind of weird in the room with outdated comforters and not a lot of light (no overhead lights just a lamp and bed lights), but it was clean and the lobby and 24 hour cafe are very nice. The newer rooms look nice on the website and I think they are in the newer building next to the main one and we knew what we were getting when we made our reservation. Nice and quiet and the staff is friendly.

I feel this property puts enough into advertising that they misrepresent what they offer. They may technically have a spa on site but they haven't invested enough in basic amenities. I have nothing against the staff but, They charged just under 3X the normal rate for the last day of winter carnival. They were at capacity and: My room wasn't ready until an hour after checkin time with me having to wait in line 3 times asking about it; They ran out of hot water the morning after my first night (also water takes forever to get hot); there were very limited towels available until the 3rd night of my stay (after carnival was over,) including no bath mat and only one hand towel, which we used as a bath mat; The parking lot was not cleared of snow our entire stay despite us arriving days after the last snowfall; there was no do not disturb sign in the room; the heater is the cheapest heater I've ever seen in a hotel without an actual temperature guage (rather one of those blue vs red line deals,) and it had no auto fan setting only low or high for heat or cool. The heater was extremely loud and the temperature sensor in our motel style room seemed to get readings that were a blend of the inside and outside temperature meaning we had to constantly manually fiddle with it. The fridge was in an attached closet area very close to the bed and was extremely loud. This is a half way decent small cheap quirky hotel that pretends to be a 3.5 star hotel overcharges during carnival.
