The location of this property is great. It is within walking distance to Old Town and a short ride to Disney and Disney Springs. The pool and pool bar are nice! The hotel has an arcade for kids, which we didn't use, but it looked fun. The condo could definitely use a thorough clean. Baseboards and blinds were dirty. There was gunk on the walls. The hot tub was disgustingly dirty, as if the filters had never been changed. There were tiny bug crawling on the counters. The shower door wouldn't stay shut in the main washroom. They do not provide toilet paper, paper towels, and cleaning supplies. The carpets and upholstery had stains. The front desk was not accommodating with a late checkout request.
