Service disappointing
Room lovely, easy location for what we needed. Service pretty slow and when letting the server know that she served my 6 year old son with a chipped glass couldn’t care less. Bet it would of been a different story if he cut his lip! Also asked for a blueberry muffin and she came with a completely different one?! So uninterested in helping. Disappointed considering the price!

I tried to keep it short & sweet
Everything was very nice, Starbucks sold in the morning doesn’t do blended cold drinks (fraps). Breakfast bar is good, good quality ingredients. A little more on the expensive side. Kitchen staff and bartender were very kind. Cleaning staff ladies were kind. Will be booking here every time I’m in town!

While we made reservations back March, i was shocked when we found out that our room was given away. Because we made it thru hotels.com. Evidentially because we used a “3rd party” booking site, we were bumped to a queen room.

My favorite part of this hotel was the gym. The room was nice but I don’ didn’t like the adjoining door which allowed noise to travel from the room next door. For two nights I listened to a man fuss at his toddler and the third night there was a loud Birthday party.
