Having the lobby locked and no breakfast “due to covid” gave a feel of insincerity. We haven’t been to a hotel with a locked lobby for over a year. Breakfasts are back everywhere else... The road along this hotel is extremely noisy and it was impossible to hear the very sweet girl trying to tell us things through the walk-up “covid window” as we stood outside yelling. Our room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke and disinfectant. But all in all, the hotel wasn’t bad, just the details, which do count to draw customers back. The grounds were tidy, the fountain was pretty, and the teen at the window was super nice. The airport shuttle came right on time.

Felt like I was at a homeless encampment. Numerous people sitting in the stairwell and the 2nd floor walkway. Loud rambunctious people all hours of the night with music blaring.

I did not get any sleep due to noisy people upstairs. People outside talking in the middle of the night,etc. Also too much road noise from street and highway.

Bad customer service I had 2 Suitcase traveling with my 8 year old daughter. I requested a room on the first floor I received a room on the second floor. I ask for help with my Suitcase the worker Jay was very rude. So disappointed also the room smell like Cigarets and you turn on the fan dust comes out 😡😡

I stayed in a king size suite. The room was wonderful, but the bed was extremely hard, the walls were thin and the towels were very flimsy (mine had a thread bear spot which ripped when I dried myself). I ordered a wake up call for 3:30 am when I checked in and was told it was set. I did not get the wake up call (good thing I also set my phone/alarm) but at 3:35 I received a phone call that my shuttle ride was there. When I told them I didn’t get my wake up call they said I didn’t order one. I will stay some place else next time
