Unique heated pool / Spa with nice falls. Nice outdoor kitchen with a large dining table ( sit 8), Mexican Palm cabana, and more sitting area. Inside, Large kids game room. TV in the master bedroom, living room, and game room. Two dining tables inside. Central location to everywhere, close To DFW airport. P.S., Spa or Pool can be heated between 10 am and 9.30 pm upon request in advance. The House Nightly rate covers the first 8 guests, additional guests $20 per night per person. Pre-approval is required for visitors. Visitors who stay over 9 pm will be charged as additional guests. The pool/Spa Heat fee is $80 per day with advanced notice, if you only want the Spa Heat then $50 per day. (If the outside temperature is lower than 40 degrees the pool heater will not be operated as it is detrimental to the system)

Great Home
We stayed here for a long weekend for a family wedding. We needed a place that was all 1 floor for my elderly grandma and this place was perfect. There were 7 of us total and we were all very comfortable. The pool area was beautiful, unfortunately the weather was rainy and cold on the 1 day we didnt have much planned so we didnt get to spend much time out there. Would definitely stay here again if weren't back in the area!

Clean, spacious, great area
The house was perfect for our group of 14. The only suggestion with having only 2 bathrooms with that many people would be to add some mirrors to the bedrooms for an easier "getting ready" process. Our hosts were very prompt when we had a question, although we didn't meet in person they were friendly in their communications. Check in and out was seamless.

Great place for a big family
We stayed here for a family weekend. From adults in their 60s to elementary school kids, the house accommodated everyone well. We found the house in a great quiet neighborhood. It was very clean and tidy. Had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The game area was a fun place for kids and to watch a movie as a family. The outdoor grilling area and pool were great although the weather didnt permit much outside activity. Would definitely stay again. 10/10 would reccommend.

Church Conference

Wedding weekend
The property was perfect for our family weekend wedding needs. Christina was so accommodating and very quick to reply to any question or request I made. The home was extremely clean and spacious. We did not get to enjoy the outdoor living space because it was too cold, but with all the comforts inside, it didn't matter to us! Great place to stay and highly recommend working with Christina!

Visit to Dallas for American baseball coaches, Association, Hall of Fame.
The property worked out great. The only challenge was that it has only two bathrooms, and one is in the master suite. The outdoor area was great. We really enjoyed our stay.

The best NYE!!
This house is beautiful in a quiet neighborhood. PLENTY of space and had everything we needed to be comfortable. My guests and I enjoyed it and brought in the new year here. Christina and Roy are so nice and accommodating. She stayed on the phone to help when i needed assistance. I will be only staying at their properties in Dallas from now on. If you’re thinking of booking, don’t walk, RUN! Thank you!!

Great Christmas!
We visited our kids and stayed here and we had a wonderful Christmas! We had everything we needed in kitchen to prepare our dinner. We brought our pets and the back yard is fenced in. Quiet neighborhood and close to every thing. Has a wonderful back yard with pool which we didn’t use this trip but would be a great summertime vacay house. Christina was great to work with.
