worse hotel to stay at
didn't get the room i reserved the room i got smelled like stale air and smoke, the air conditioner did not work went down in the morning to tell front desk hoping it would get fixed while i was out but no they told me to go look at other rooms to see if the a/c works in the other rooms and if they did they can switch me in to one.after i chefked the rooms they were all bad room after room smelling worse rhan the one before, the sheets and pillow cases had stains on them.The couch had burns and stains, washclothes and towles had stains and lipstick on them.

The gym was not available to me which was the main reason I booked this stay because she said they needed a permit. We had a pool view of a green algae closed pool and jacuzzi. The coffee pot in the room was broken and leaked, it was brought to the attention of the women at the front desk. She had no comment. The carpet was disguising in front of the elevator. This is a great area close to the beach but the hotel is not much better than your standard Motel 6 . It needs a lot of work but the staff doesn't seem to care. m,

Stayed here recently with some family. Thankfully it was only for one night. One of our rooms had a broken ac unit and the staff member said maintenance would not be coming until the morning. They did not offer any accommodations for that. That room was also missing an iron and the tv remote wasn’t working. Staff wasn’t that friendly and there was dog poop on the sidewalk leading to the parking lot the entire time we stayed there.

I've never experienced a hotel this terrible. Actual trash, including old food, overflowing in the trash bins in the hallways. Visible debris everywhere on the carpets both in the halls and in the room. This place has not even so much as been vacuumed in who knows how long. Awful smells. Stains on all the carpets, furniture, sheets and pillow cases. There was a burn hole in the couch. The coffee pot wasn't even cleaned. It still had old coffee in it. Awful. Just awful.

The shower head was broken. We had to hold the handle up with one hand and try and shower. The floor in the shower was cracked and when you stepped on it rusty looking broken pieces came floating out. We asked for taels twice and never got them. The pool and spa was closed. Has been for 6 months and I was not given notice to that.

Worse STAY EVER!!
Do NOT stay at this hotel. Absolute dump!!! Broken sink faucet (handle literally fell off) , mold in the bathroom walls, door with water damage, very dirty dishes in the cabinet, trash on the carpet in every hallway, no room cleaning, pool is closed indefinitely, fitness room closed for no reason, pictures show breakfast but there is no food offered whatsoever, paid for a suite & was given a standard room, dogs in the hotel rooms barking constantly, stained sheets, housekeeping kept pestering when we were leaving when I had requested late check out & was approved by front desk, no dish soap provided,...I could keep going but you get the point. Not worth any amount to stay here

It was convenient to visit Carlsbad beach and premium outlet, legoland, with Kitchen facilities. However motel was facing amtrak, constant loud hooting from trains passing by. Room was large, but sofa extremely dirty and there were bed bugs. The rooms need major cleanup.

Old and run down
Door to the back of hotel didn’t lock so not secure at all. Shower head was dangling on hand rail so decided not to use since I wasn’t sure why it wasn’t sitting in the proper receptacle. There was blood dropping below the vanity which should have been cleaned up before I checked in. Your bed was way too soft for my comfort and especially sank in the middle of bed. Overall appearance seemed old and a bit run downed. The room size was better than expected but I probably will not stay again

Poor customer service. The room was in poor conditions. The toilet was broken, water ran the entire time of our stay. The shower was clogged. The A/C unit did not work. After notifying the front desk, nothing was done to attempt and fix the issues.

Hotel was older carpet very dirty hallways had a strange smell. Pool was green couch in suite was dirty and had holes On the bright side the shower had good pressure and water was hot good dining and entertainment close by.
