In 1839 on the highest point, overlooking the town, Barrington built a magnificent home for his family which today is recognized as one of the best examples of Greek Revival architecture in the United States.

"This amazing property is advertised as handicapped accessible and it is! From the ramp to the door, the wide open spaces and the accessible walk in shower with a handheld sprayer this property was perfect for my quad son. The beds are very comfortable, the linens are plush and the home was immaculately clean. Victor was a very responsive host. We would definitely stay here again!"
