By using stretching and breathing techniques, you will feel your body restored and deepen your breathing. Voice work and meditation: 25 minutes By relaxing your body tension and deepening your breathing, your voice will begin to resonate. Experience how your heart and body become more harmonious when your voice resonates comfortably.
